VHD Attach is an application to mount .vhd files as hard disks. It depends on virtdisk.dll but wine doesn't include it. I think we can implement it easily by using libvirt? It support VHD file type.

This is Windows 7+ API hence you must override default 'WinVer' for that WINEPREFIX. The app is .NET based, hence requires
