vitality, i am new to linux (2 weeks), therefore new to wine, so i don't really
know what a GIT is.

as i said, admins please free to delete my messages or part of them, in case
they offend someone, or are out of the picture.

i'll just pretend i am INDEED blind to it :))

glad to see in further comments that the PlayOnLinux workaround works for
others too. at least it's USEFUL.
