Hi, The game I'm having a problem with is Avadon - The Black Fortress here: https://spiderwebsoftware.com/avadon/index.html The game crashes on start. The first sentence on the problem description is the sentence I used in the summary. I searched Bugzilla for anything that would fit but found nothing, sorry. Thanks. How do I install 10.9? When I installed Wine in command line, I got version 10.0 and there are no updates available in the update manager.

Please retry with Wine 10.9 or later.
It appears that 10.9 is not available for my system: Linux Mint based on Ubuntu 24.04 Noble.
I give up. I'm going to install the version that is available in the package manager, version 9.0.
