--- Comment #2 from Alexandr Oleynikov sashok.olen@gmail.com --- Should note that this issue occurs even when using Wine-Staging with new mutex abandonment implementation https://github.com/wine-staging/wine-staging/commit/8b2fd051c97187c68dee2ba2...

--- Comment #3 from Zebediah Figura z.figura12@gmail.com --- Wait, so was this issue present before 8b2fd051c, or does it seem that 8b2fd051c is just broken in some way?
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=48622
--- Comment #4 from Alexandr Oleynikov sashok.olen@gmail.com --- It's a separate issue that happens before and with 8b2fd051c, I just thought it was worth mentioning since the 2 issues seem quite similar and can be confused as having the same cause.

--- Comment #5 from Alexandr Oleynikov sashok.olen@gmail.com --- I'm so sorry, it seems like this issue is not caused by Esync. I don't know how this happened but now it happens with Esync disabled too, probably because it's not completely deterministic perhaps. Closing.

--- Comment #6 from Zebediah Figura z.figura12@gmail.com --- It's happened often before that esync exposes latent race conditions. It might still be helpful to debug therewith.
We could probably reopen this bug and change it to be not specific to esync.

--- Comment #7 from Alexandr Oleynikov sashok.olen@gmail.com --- Ok, in that case, I'm reopening this and changing the title to describe the problem more appropriately.
