I don't want to seem cocky but if you are a developer and you want to resolve this bug, you already have debug symbols installed. If you aren't, then why do you want to see the full backtrace? ;-)
This application weighs mere 4KB, the HTML for this bug report alone weighs several times more, so I'm not sure what's going on here :-)

The application no longer hangs due to the reported reason. d3dx9 is required for the demo to run, but that is subject to another bug.
