Running DeusEx since 0.9.56 in resolution different to 640x480, results in incorrect fullscreen positioning and picture cropping to upper-left quarter of screen in first main menu view. In 0.9.55 is everything ok.

--- Comment #4 from Cliffton Beach killmorejedi@hotmail.com 2008-05-06 05:05:46 --- If "allow window manager to control wine windows" is checked, I get the same thing as Anton. I like letting the window manager control things though.
Workaround: HKCU/Software/Wine/AppDefaults/DeusEx.exe/X11 Driver/Managed=N That way little stuff like IrfanView runs fine with my standard window decorations etc and DeusEx alone is not managed by my window manager and works normally.
Unlike Anton though, my KB works fine without letting the window manager manage DeusEx. Not sure why he's having that problem. At any rate, it would be nice if it worked fullscreen in managed mode as well, since it used to, and a lot of people like to let the window manager manage things and don't necessarily want to mess with the registry.
Still, with a tweak, it works perfectly for me. Thanks, Wine!

--- Comment #5 from Austin English austinenglish@gmail.com 2008-11-03 16:29:19 --- Is this still an issue in current (1.1.7 or newer) wine?
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12212
--- Comment #6 from Cliffton Beach killmorejedi@hotmail.com 2008-12-09 19:14:56 --- yes. tested with 1.1.10. When fullscreened only 640*480 in the upper left corner is displayed if X11 Driver/Managed=Y
If X11 Driver/Managed=N, it works fine.

--- Comment #7 from D4rky d4nerd@gmail.com 2008-12-29 09:33:51 --- How to fix - open System/DeusEx.ini and copy values from FullscreenViewportX and FullscreenViewportY to WindowedViewportX and WindowedViewportY . It'll work perfectly now. I guess it's a problem with reading configuration files.

--- Comment #8 from Austin English austinenglish@gmail.com 2009-01-19 15:14:43 --- Removing deprecated CVS/GIT version tag. Please retest in current git. If the bug is still present in today's wine, but was not present in some earlier version of wine, please update version field to earliest known version of wine that had the bug. Thanks!

Actually, the game minimises to the bottom bar, but that looks like a different issue, if at all an issue (I don't know what happens in Windows). Clicking on the minimised icon brings back the game in the new resolution.
