If no winetricks used, intro movies are skipped and i get directly into start menu. If amstream, devenum and quartz installed, the game displays black screen on launch and i have to Alt+F4 it.

I don't think so. Builtin amstream is too stubby to work, and with native quartz the patches for bug 43367 would make no difference.

Judging from the log attached to comment 1, though, the latter case seems to be just missing GStreamer plugins. You'll need the 32-bit "bad" and "ugly" set.

Installed i386 good, bad and ugly sets and now no black screen and movies are skipped like described in my first comment.

Workaround only needs native amstream quartz and winegstreamer disabled. E.G. winetricks -q amstream quartz. Then launch with WINEDLLOVERRIDES=winegstreamer=d or disable via winecfg.
