What exactly did you do? Was this done with a clean Wine prefix? Are you sure that the backtrace remains unchanged after doing whatever you did?

That looks like bug http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15437
Could you try this:
rm -rf ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/user32.dll rm -rf ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/kernel32.dll
but Is it normal that I need to do it?

I'm confused by what you're saying. The comment from bug 23438 is clearly a workaround for the bug described there. Assuming that you've already installed mdac28 and jet40 from winetricks, what is the new output that you get?

--- Comment #7 from Mario Chacon the.masch@gmail.com 2010-07-15 00:18:54 --- Sorry, but as I applied that workaround now I have installed it, but I cannot run the applications:

Is there a workaround for this? Thanks!

Could you try this:
rm -rf ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/user32.dll rm -rf ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/kernel32.dll
