Split off from bug 1908 which has been recycled a few times.

Download the demo, install, try to run. It crashes very quickly after a couple amstream fixme's: fixme:amstream:IAMMultiMediaStreamImpl_AddMediaStream Specifying a stream object in params is not yet supported err:quartz:GetClassMediaFile Media class not found fixme:amstream:DirectDrawMediaStreamImpl_IDirectDrawMediaStream_GetFormat (0x2221e8c)->(0x32d0f8,(nil),(nil),(nil)) stub! fixme:amstream:DirectDrawMediaStreamImpl_IDirectDrawMediaStream_GetMultiMediaStream (0x2221e88/0x2221e8c)->(0x176dec4) stub! wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000000 at address 0x41aef1 (thread 0009), starting debugger...

winetricks -q amstream gets past the crash.
