patch the file d3dx9_30.dll at offset 4c6fb, where there is a '02' replace it for '00', save it and it's done
As a reference the offset list from 4c6f0 before the change should read:
00 00 00 f6 45 f8 50 74 0f 83 fe 02 73 56 b8 57
Doing that only partially fix the problem with ATI cards (while it seems to 100% fix it with Nvidia cards.
On ATI cards, it show the models ok, but with face not correctly displayed (eyes mouth etc..), and it cause some textures to glitche a lot (walls and armors textures).
