Swashbucklers: Blue vs. Gray crashes when I click on <Credits> in the main menu. The video which should be played uses WMV3/WMA v2 codec. Interestingly, the 2 intro videos on game start are playing fine. They use the same codec as the credits video. It's probably unrelated, but in-game videos are opened in a separate window, titled 'ActiveMovie Window'.
The crash is due to

--- Comment #4 from aclbros14@yahoo.es 2012-05-28 05:44:40 CDT --- Sorry, my problem may be unrelated, disabling winepulse.drv for Morrowind.exe in winecfg, and renaming Music folder to disable music in game works around the problem.

The log was created with Wine 1.5.5. At first two intro videos were playing, I skipped both of them as fast as I could, then I clicked on <Credits> in the main menu which resulted in a crash.

I really have no idea what is going on here. It looks like the window proc is corrupted or something.
I have attached a simple debug patch that will spit out some more debugging line for me. Could you apply it and generate a new log?

The problem is that I upgraded to Fedora 17 in the meantime, and winegstreamer is broken on F17: bug #30557. I can't retest this bug atm.

Have you checked if your problem with Morrowind is due to commit 8830470a8c248546075ee32bf00e6ba9d096b5be? I can't reproduce the crash with Morrowind GOTY (Steam), although I'm on a different distro/not using PA.

--- Comment #9 from GyB gyebro69@gmail.com 2012-10-18 12:14:35 CDT --- I guess nobody including Aric gets hurt if I close this bug as abandoned. No demo exists and winegstreamer is unusable on Fedora 17 so I can't retest this bug. I installed Fedora 16 in Virtualbox but can't seem to get 3D acceleration to work (that's probably bug #31765)
