Steps to reproduce: 1) winetricks gecko mfc42 2) install IrfanView 1) start IrfanView by wine i_view32.exe 2) press F1 for help 3) click on any of http links The application crashes

I don't think so. I'm attaching what happens in terminal after clicking one of links. I'm using Wine 1.2-rc1

When clicking on a link the terminal shows:
fixme:mshtml:get_channel_window NULL window for 0x22e00f8 err:mshtml:nsChannel_AsyncOpen window = NULL 0[679e48]: file http://www.microsoft.com/en/us/default.aspx, line 1: ReferenceError: $ is not defined
So the bug reported "crashing after clicking on website link" has been resolved.
