Program error Dialogue box

BioEdit gives an error when closing an open datafile. This error provides no
console output, just a dialogue box with the following message:

External exception: C000001D

After clicking "OK" the program continues to run. However, closing BioEdit
after this results in the attached dialogue box.

Afterwards there is console output (in attachment too).

Steps to reproduce:
Download and install BioEdit (http://www.mbio.ncsu.edu/BioEdit/bioedit.html);
Open a datafile (example datafile in attachment);
Close the datafile;
Close BioEdit.

Note: Do not use a very large datafile, or this will trigger bug 24960. The
example will work fine.

I tried to do a regression test, but I hit a crash before I can find the commit
that causes this bug between wine-1.2 and wine-1.3.0.
The commit is the following:

After working around the crash caused during the regression testing, I can
confirm that this is also the commit that causes the error reported in this bug
report.
So I guess solving this will fix this bug.
