This week blizzard have added a temporary brawl to Heroes of the Storm (until 06/03/2018) and the brawl crash on with this error: 0042:err:d3dcompiler:wpp_write_mem Error allocating memory I don't know how to give more relevant information.
The game is launch with -dx9 because i'm not able to run the dx11 version (Bug 43775)

'Brawls' do not even load, the battleground crashes the entire game as it is loading.

--- Comment #2 from themainliner themainliner@hotmail.com --- Used native dll's for d3dcompiler_43; d3dx11_42, d3dx11_43 and d3dx9_42 as a workaround with no change in crashing behaviour.
Removed all but d3dcompiler_43 and the result is the same: game client crashes out whenever the Brawl attempts to load.

--- Comment #4 from Dox IngeniousDox@gmail.com --- Trying to load in with 3.5 with the DX11 fix, I first crashed, then I tried to rejoin and got to character selection screen, but then when the brawl started I hung and got these errors:
