After todays commit round the automatic download of the dotnetfx installer (when running 'wine SetupDemoSnelStart.exe' doesn't work any more. Regression testing shows:

wininet: Make sure that we have data buffered before sending INTERNET_STATUS_REQUEST_COMPLETE notification.

The installation doesn't work btw but upto today it at least did something (it downloaded the dotnetfx installer).
