Steps to reproduce: 1) remove ~/.wine 2) winetricks gecko 2) wine mozy-2_2_4_0-14986.exe 3) Next -> Install
Behaviour: Installation hangs on status "Starting services"
Expected behaviour: Installation should finish
Additional info: "killall services.exe" causes the installation to fail.

Please do not set a particular component unless you've debugged the application and have a confirmation where the problem lies.
err:msi:ITERATE_StartService Failed to start service L"mozybackup" (1726)
Above line tells me that the problem lies probably in msi component

Above line tells me that the problem lies probably in msi component
There are may reasons leading to a failing to start service, here is some of them: 1. the service has not been installed 2. some dll or component the service depends upon is missing 3. the service or one of its dependencies crashes
