I execute winetricks, then run wine in the same console, and what I get is in attachment... Maybe, I should reboot or smth?

You may try to start from scratch ([re]move ~/.wine and reinstall everything), or run winecfg and check the dll overrides manually.

I used winecnf to switch between buitin and native msxml3.dll. Using the "builtin only"/"builtin then native" results everything as it was, but when using native one or "native then builtin", some menu options, including "import" just absent. Drug-n-drop causes dialog menu about import wizard, "yes" click makes program not react. Console repeats the next text so many times, that it's impossible to read, what's above.
"err:ole:COMPOBJ_DllList_Add couldn't load in-process dll L"C:\windows\syswow64\msxml3.dll" err:ole:create_server class {2933bf90-7b36-11d2-b20e-00c04f983e60} not registered err:ole:CoGetClassObject no class object {2933bf90-7b36-11d2-b20e-00c04f983e60} could be created for context 0x7 " The msxml3.dll is there.

Unfortunately I have no time to compile wine from source, so I can't test it. Any chance it will hit ppa repository soon?

The process is surprisingly easy. On Ubuntu you can just `apt-get build-dep wine1.3 wine1.3-dev` to install all build dependencies, check out the source, apply the patch then ./configure && make. Then you can just run wine from the location of that checkout. If you require any help doing this drop by the #winehq IRC channel or the wine-users forum.

--- Comment #24 from Hari S Goripati harigorripati@yahoo.com 2011-07-11 15:33:44 CDT --- today I am able to solve the problem. The tasks I performed were import, export, plotting, saving, edited the plot. Soon I will test batch processing, both workbook and graphing templates.
Wine version: 1.2.3 (built from the source code from macports.org along with winetricks) OS : MacOS X, Snow leopard.
After installing wine. I installed all the additional system files and dlls required as suggested in the following link.
http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=21358
Adittionally, I also installed the following
1. comdlg32.dll 2. msxml6 3. comdlg32.ocx 4. vcrun2003 5. vcrun2005 6. vcrun2008.
Then you have to override the following builtin(wine) with native(Windows) libraries.
1.comctl32 (native,builtin) 2.msvcr80 (native,builtin) 3.msvcr90 (native,builtin) 4.msxml3 (native) 5.msxml4 (native,builtin) 6.msxml6 (native,builtin)
Frankly I don't know which one worked. But after installing the above it worked like a charm for me.
If it doesn't work even after doing this try installing vcrun2010 and/or vb*run. working around installing various dlls. the last option is to fall back to lower versions of wine.
Wish you the success.

For me it does not work in Wine 1.3.x but worked fine with 1.2.x branch, so your solution is a kind of useless, sorry.
