Hi, Dmitry Timoshkov, I'm not sure whether this is a dupplicate of
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=26467 , sence the CA of
ebank.njcb.com.cn is default in Chrome/Chromium , but not in Firefox .

Confirming.  This site succeeds for me with IE8 on Windows Server 2008, so it's
not invalid.

This might be invalid after all:  I could open it with Firefox and Chrome in
Linux, but not with wget.  I suspect it's a root cert installation problem
again.

I did quite a few fixes for https support lately and I can't reproduce it with
current Wine. Please retest.

Works for me with wine-1.5.5-106-g6341389, marking fixed.
