App runs well, but when I try to import a .txt configuration file, the app
crashes.

Tools > GNSS Configuration > Browse for file > Check the Store Config...box >
Click either GNSS to File (or File to GNSS), I get:

Program Error
The program u-Center.exe as encountered a serious problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Confirming the bug. 
U-center 8.13, Ubuntu 14.10, Wine wine-1.6.2 (tried a couple of newer versions
and it's the same). The same thing also happens when you open package console
with connected receiver. The package console window shows correctly, but when
some message is received it crashes, so it feels like it's something relative
to fonts or updating the text field.

They have upgraded the software the current download doesnt work anymore.

I also noticed that bug 13319 mentiones EDIT_EM_ReplaceSel and has a test
program and and patch. That could be related to this.

I get similar crash when doing save with this newer version.

The crash with the save is fixed with patch from

err:commdlg:on_default_action Failed to get pidl for current directory.

But the saving doesnt seem to work.

Does anyone have the original u-box version that this bug was about?

I can confirm the crash with Wine-2.22 but not with latest Wine-git. So I can
confirm that this is fixed. I used the download from comment #4 to test.
