This happens to all Gog uninstallers I have tried.

I can't reproduct this, GOG.com uninstallers work fine here.

You might have a tainted/broken WINEPREFIX. Use a separate prefix for each game. If you use "shared" prefixes do that at your own risk (even if they work) - no support for them here.

List of games where the uninstaller from GOG works: Ultima 8 King of Dragon Pass
List of games where the GOG uninstaller shows this error: The Journeyman Project Pegasus Prime Pirates Pack Legend of Kyrandia 1 Journey of a Roach Gobliiins Pack
To test this I deleted the currently configured WINEPREFIX directory, then ran the GOG installer and then called the unins000.exe in the game's directory.
