Stack trace from crash.

This has been happening on OpenSuSE 11.2 with 2GB RAM or 4GB RAM.  It's almost
always a crash in Dalaran, though sometimes it crashes in raids or flying to
other zones.

I think we are running out of virtual memory again. Some memory addresses don't
look right.

It's PulseAudio who is asserting here. Remove/disable it, and report a bug
there.
