Well i have ubuntu 8.04 and the wine version is 1.1.7 The software is avaliable to download from: http://www.clap.ops-oms.org/web_2005/SIP2007/programas/setup.exe
This is the terminal output, is:

Still no reply, and downloadlink is busted. For now i'll resolve as abandoned.
