Wine crash output

Hello,

Whilst trying to open a 1.x password database using KeePass 1.09 (current
version) which is verified to work with the same version natively, wine crashes
out completely.

Please see attached log for two attempted runs, and their backtrace/errors.

I can confirm the issue in wine-1.1.31-115-ge773c51. Since bcrypt.dll was
introduced in Windows Vista as the Cryptography API: Next Generation, a viable
workaround is to disable bcrypt.dll from being loaded, for which the
application appears to succeed in loading and saving a password database.

Patch for testing

Still unimplemented in current git (1.3.35) and it looks quite hard to
implement
The attached patch might help as it hides the spec entry, can someone please
test?

Opera 20.0 backtrace

This bug also affects Opera (the backtrace is attached). Fixing this bug is
particularly important because Opera no longer provides a native Linux version.

Thanks! Opera now starts to load, but crashes with the message:

err:seh:setup_exception_record nested exception on signal stack in thread 0041
eip 7bc943e7 esp 7ffdae90 stack 0x242000-0x340000

This will be hard to debug, but getting past the first crash is definitely a
step forward.

I can't reproduce the KeyPass problem in any version of Wine, could someone
else try?
