On Wine, Super Crate Box runs slowly enough to actually be playable. While this
is arguably an improvement, we should match the Windows behavior which is to
run unplayably fast.

Most of the time is spent in IDirect3DDevice8Impl_DrawPrimitiveUP, drawing what
I must assume (due to the 2D, sprite-based nature of this game) are rectangles.

Still very slow in wine 1.5.1. Disabling all console output speeds up game a
little bit but it's speed is still about 30% of win32 speed.

Feels normal speed to me. Played some rounds. It's quite good game to be so
simple.

I tested it on wine 1.9.23 and the game has a lot of fps drops and freezes
quite a lot, especially when you fire your guns in game.

Works very smoothly for me with wine-5.4 and a 15 old computer.

As I already stated, I tested this program in a 15 years-old computer. Working
fine (even in wine-5.17).
Can an administrator close this bug as FIXED?

Ideally we should wait for Esme to report back before closing, if they still
can reproduce the original conditions. Because the problem is likely in d3d,
the identity and setup of the original machine matters significantly.
