ProMash (http://www.promash.com/) has been working pretty well in Wine in
recent months, but after upgrading from 0.9.40 to 0.9.44 recently, the
file-open dialog crashes.  While navigating to C:\Program
Files\ProMash\Recipes, it crashes...click the parent-directory button to go to
the root, double-click Program Files, and the results are incorrect. 
Double-click Program Files (again) and it crashes.

Reverting Wine to 0.9.40 works.

A backtrace is attached.

The bug's behavior changed during the regression test...try these steps to
duplicate:

1) click Load Recipe; file dialog pops up
2) select My Computer from path drop-down
3) double-click C:...goes into C:
4) double-click Program Files...Program Files goes into drop-down, but
directory contents don't change
5) double-click Program Files again...directory contents now updated
double-click ProMash...nothing shows up because path is now C:\Program
Files\Program Files\ProMash, which is invalid
6) click Open..."Path does not exist" message box pops up
7) path in drop-down box is now ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files
