You shouldn't be running as root, and I'm skeptical that there is a leading period in the name of the executable.
Some others:
# wine32 .mspinball.exe wine: created the configuration directory '/root/.wine' wine: chdir to /tmp/.wine-0/server-fd11-6169e : No such file or directory
Same thing. The chdir problem to me suggests a problem with Fedora's packaging of Wine.

You have a version-mismatched wineserver still running.
The original bug had zero information about the nature of the problem, and your problem is something else entirely. I'll mark this invalid; the reporter has had plenty of time to provide the requested information.

--- Comment #5 from sjoerd sjoerd001+bugzilla@ehbogerlach.nl 2010-06-02 00:07:42 --- Normally i'm not runnig as root. But to be sure it's not a problem for me to run it as root.
I was already in the the impression it was an Fedora packaging problem, but I hoped some more info on this bug list to counter this problem.
Any thing I can do to get You more information on this?

You should use the WineHQ forums/user mailing list for user support questions rather than bugzilla, which is meant for defect reporting.

# rpm -qa wine* wine-core-1.1.38-1.fc12.x86_64
You are using 64-bit Wine. Remove it and install 32-bit one instead.
wine-pulseaudio-1.1.38-1.fc12.x86_64
Fedora packages Wine with a custom not supported by WineHQ pulseaudio driver, that makes all the Fedora packages broken from WineHQ point of view. Report all bugs with using Fedora Wine packages to Fedora.
