Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee output

In Wine versions prior to the commit implicated in bug 28934, in-game videos in
Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee render abnormally slowly, such that smooth playback
does not occur. This does not occur in wine-1.3.23, and regression testing
indicates:

No, sorry, that was not my intent. I rather meant to say that bug 28934
obscures the performance issue.
