console output, wine 1.1.39

Impulse used to display login screen correctly in wine 1.1.37. There were (and
still are) some troubles with installation (Bug 20651) and I was unable to
connect to a server (Bug 15486), but login screen was working. Now login screen
is drawn broken and it crash immediately. this was caused by this commit:

Bug still present in Wine 1.1.44.
Btw this looks similar to bug 22314, similar fixmes, also the same red lines in
screenshot. However there is no crash in bug 22314.

I noticed some gdiplus improvements in today's git so I recompiled wine and now
Impulse doesn't crash immediately, it crash when I click "Login with existing
account" option. Looks like there are more unimplemented functions:

fixme:gdiplus:GdipDrawImagePointsRect Image wrap mode not implemented
fixme:gdiplus:GdipGetRegionScansCount not implemented

This works fine with Wine 1.3.6. It crash later but I'll open a new bug.
