I cannot do so:
winetricks vcrun2010
wine cmd.exe /c echo '%ProgramFiles%' returned a string containing the word 'unknown', as if a voice had cried out in terror, and was suddenly silenced.
you probably messed your WINEPREFIX (~/.wine) up. I suggest to start over with clean WINEPREFIX.
If you still have problems, please use wine user forum (http://forum.winehq.org/). Bugzilla is not meant for end user support.

--- Comment #6 from Anastasius Focht focht@gmx.net 2012-04-15 09:06:00 CDT --- Hello Ilya,
well sorry to hear that you lost all stuff when purging default WINEPREFIX (~/.wine). I suggest you make yourself familiar with the concept of 'wineprefix' (WINEPREFIX environment variable).
See: http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#wineprefix
For future: never install all apps/games in the same "default" wineprefix, use a separate prefix for each app to isolate them from each other.
Installing multiple apps in same wineprefix is a recipe for disaster, the prefix will most likely break and can't be repaired.

--- quote --- If this behavior is different from that of Windows, it is most likely a bug in its own. --- quote ---
Sharing a wineprefix with many software installations is never a good idea (especially if they install dependencies/runtimes on their own). This has been explained/discussed several times.
--- quote --- But with removal of the ~/.wine folder all the menu entries still remain, non-functional... --- quote ---
Of course. They can't magically fix themselves after you removed the wineprefix.
Please stick to wine user forum for end user support (how to remove/repair), Bugzilla is *not* the right place for this.
