Running pkzip25 without arguments should show a message
and wait for input, but instead it loops forever
showing a message and thinking you've entered something invalid.

We *ought* to be able to get this right.

To reproduce, download and run
http://www.filegate.net/pkware/pkwin32/pk250c32.exe
to unpack pkzip25.exe, then run that.

No duplicate.

bug #8069 - wine currently waits on UNIX io handles incorrectly - there is
handle to wait on.

This bug - there are no valid handle to wait on. We are just running with dumb
console which does not support event handle.

These bugs are absolutely different.

Somebody powerful enough, please, resurrect this bug.

I still see this in 1.1.10. Has someone tested this under Windows? Still works
fine in wineconsole.

Removing deprecated CVS/GIT version tag. Please retest in current git. If the
bug is still present in today's wine, but was not present in some earlier
version of wine, please update version field to earliest known version of wine
that had the bug. Thanks!

Still present in git and it still works fine with wineconsole.

this works for some time now thanks to revamped console support in Wine
(wineconsole no longer needed).
