The application won't install, but it can be extracted with wine psnow_installer.exe /extract. You'll then need winetricks vcrun2013 for bug 39685.
After that, it tries to start, and crashes in qt5webenginecore.exe.

Doesn't seem to (and windows 7 is listed as required). I tried the patch from bug 42014, still crashed as well.

I think several bugs from which this suffered have been fixed I think like from the log: fixme:file:SetFileCompletionNotificationModes 0x34 1 - stub
In current git it starts after ``winetricks arial`` (otherwise it crashes)
I resolve this as duplicate, but please reopen if you still run into the crash from the first attachment.
