I can reproduce this crash exactly with win-6.0 (reporter of bug used wine-6.0.1)
In current wine-6.19 it starts fine.
@Reporter of bug: This bug seems to have been fixed in development version of wine, so please upgrade to wine-6.19. If that works bug can be closed I guess
