I'm unable to reproduce this issue here, but it may be driver specific. Does
the attached patch make it any better? If not, please attach a +d3d log.

Patch

Apparently the NVIDIA drivers really don't like it when you call
vkCmdBlitImage() with bad regions. Does this patch help for you? It contains
the patch from Henri so make sure to remove that one first.
