The Retro Achievements Snes9x emulator does a HTTP Request when it is started. It then immediately crashes in a winhttp.dll function.
This seems to be caused by a change in commit 2fa86fd6616e1671dd3ecfa3d2d6eaccf10be994. Reverting the commit fixes the crash.
