Any version wine has lot of memory leak in Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0.
Problem has in JavaScript+AJAX sites, like maps.google.com or gmail.com.
Several clicks on some HREFs on the AJAX site I see large increase of task used
memory - about 0.3-2 Mb per click.
Amount of task's used memory don't decrease.

What exactly Wine version are you running? How did you install IE? Did you
compare memory usage between Wine and Windows, and how did you do that if any?

This problem exists for a long time. I tried versions from 1.0.1 to 1.1.39.
Versions Linux too different - Debian4, Debian5, Cetos5.3, Ubuntu 7.04 - Ubuntu
9.10. Installation IE6 - winetricks or WineDoors. Installation IE7 -

And by "leak" I mean a memory consumption, that's not necessary a leak.

Yes. I tried jscript.dll from WinXP SP3. Memory leaks can exceed 700 Mb.
Through small time RAM comes to an end.

I cannot get these pages to load at all in IE 6 or 7.  Could you check if this
is still and issue in Wine 1.3.18?  If so, is IE 8 also affected?  Thanks.

The same in 1.6-rc4. Please retest or this will be marked abandoned.
