Created attachment 64278 --> https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=64278 Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Wine log

When I prepare mfplat prefix in wich Shadows: Awakening runs just fine, Call of Duty Black Ops 3 actually starts and runs very well but it has the following problems:

From the attached log:
00023:err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {62ce7e72-4c71-4d20-b15d-452831a87d9d} not registered 0023:err:ole:CoGetClassObject no class object {62ce7e72-4c71-4d20-b15d-452831a87d9d} could be created for context 0x1
Just for the info, (I don`t know if this is the cause of Black Ops not running), but I also ran into this trying firefox visiting the site https://www.npostart.nl/live/npo-2 It then says (translated from Dutch): The program cannot be played in this browser.

--- Comment #3 from Wael Sulais waelwindows9922@gmail.com --- could you detail the way you created the prefix that ran the game ?

--- Comment #4 from mo78@abv.bg --- Yes of course:

--- Comment #5 from Wael Sulais waelwindows9922@gmail.com --- I've tried creating a prefix using the method given, but the game never runs. It doesn't even give me the pop for the missing WMF. In wine the game crashes at the an "Unhandled exception" and in proton it just fails silently.

You just have to copy your game into /game/prefix/drive_c/game/ and start it from the "start" script. If you want to use it with DXVK HUD, just start the game from the "fps" script. Of course you can place the game everywhere inside the prefix but you'll have to edit the path in the start script :)

--- Comment #15 from Nikolay Sivov bunglehead@gmail.com --- If you install native Media Foundation components you're expected to use complete set of those, not mix them with Wine modules.
Even if you found a way to legitimately install Media Foundation libraries, the issue won't be in corresponding builtin modules, changing component.
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47084
--- Comment #16 from mo78@abv.bg --- I not mix them and the game runs then but the input mouse problem occurs:

Sorry for replying so late, but I tried using your prefix and the game still crashed in the same way as before

--- Comment #22 from mo78@abv.bg --- I don't know why. May be a debug will be helpful.
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47084
--- Comment #23 from Wael Sulais waelwindows9922@gmail.com --- I'm using the official steam version with the latest update and the windows steam client running under wine from winetricks. That may affect the results. However if you want to check, I've already sent the stack traces before. Otherwise i don't really understand what you mean by debugging
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47084
--- Comment #24 from mo78@abv.bg --- Debug log :)
Try the game with Wine or Wine-Staging, not Proton.
