fixme:module:load_library unsupported flag(s) used (flags: 0x00000800)
There was also some crypt message that I can't find anymore.
It's not that obvious why it doesnt work.

I had to set uplay.exe to use windows xp mode until I did that it kept complaining that it cant connect to internet and I coulndt launch the game.
Still doesnt seem to work. wine-staging 2.1.

I tried but gave up and used wine-staging instead. I had to work around bug 38648 to get the game even started.
It's not clear to me what's really needed so I hand picked some of the lines.

The game hangs at starting animation(s) same state becaislly than at report time. Since I had to use wine-staging I could not test if https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39731#c8 helps here too.
I tried to apply all staging patches, but it fails at this point

I quess that could be skipped.

The cause of the crash is unknown default console output isnt really revealing. Still needs to wait.

Game show all first movies perfect and then show black screen with menu sound. If you after that press enter several times ( you may hear menu sound when do this ) game start third movie intro about Desmond and after that black screen will appear, but you may hear game sounds and you may play blindly.
I make debug log of this game session.

I just tried wine-staging 2.9 and I got further than last attempt, but eventually I got a crash too. There is some stop in wine console output and screen is black but you can skip it with pressing some keyboard buttons (enter?). And the console floods with messages again and there is some animation.
Dark shadow scenes were drawn poorly. I don't know if it's my screen and driver combination, wine or game's fault.

Movies visible game menu work with black screen. After second movie car and forest sound, party departed from automobile and call Desmond to flow. All blindly with black screen. I'm not able to move farther that way without visual feedback :-).
