Terminal output with debugger dump

After having followed the described procedures for installing CS4 Design Suite,
any of the installed applications (I installed only Photoshop, Flash, and
DreamWeaver) crashes immediately after displaying a splash screen.

Is it a native gdiplus? What about using a builtin?

Still crashes with this in the end of debugger output:

wine: Call from 0x7b8457a0 to unimplemented function
gdiplus.dll.GdipMeasureDriverString, aborting

The patch did not help. I have done a clean reinstall of wine and the CS4, to
make sure I followed the instructions by the Ubuntu installer supporter
correctly, and the problem persists.

I don't have it anymore - I have reinstalled wine to normal since then. IE was
opening each time I ran wine. If it is vital let's close this case - I can't
repeat manually applying the git patch and recompiling the whole thing again.

Don't close this if the only reason is that you can't take another log. 
Let's wait till somebody post it. Can't go further without any new info..

Console output with Internet on

After connecting to internet, the output changed drastically. The console
output attached.
