Using make does not work and results in an error

'.L__wine_syscall_dispatcher_return' is external.
        cbnz w16, .L__wine_syscall_dispatcher_return

I don't know what .L__wine_syscall_dispatcher_return is or how to fix this.

I've used configure successfully with default params on macOS Ventura.
