Bugzilla bug 1769 - additional problems post FC2t2

I had wine working fine on the baseline FC2t2 with the prelink 
--no-exec-shield workaround.  However, I have been using up2date to pick 
up new packages and somewhere along the line it has broken again.  I 
presume it will be broken under FC2t3 when that is official.

The symptoms:
ldd /usr/local/bin/wine:
   ldd: /lib/ld-linux.so.2 exited with unknown exit code (139)
prelink -m --no-exec-shield /usr/local/bin/wine:
   prelink: /usr/local/bin/wine: Dependency tracing failed
wine QW.EXE:
   wine: failed to create the process heap

I tried uninstalling the rpm and compiling wine-20040408 from scratch -- 
same results.
