i'm using MT5 (metaquotes) on wine 1.3.6, default installation

got this error logged and flooding .xsession-errors (maverick i386):

err:toolbar:TOOLBAR_GetImageListForDrawing bitmap for ID 0, index 0 is not
valid, number of bitmaps in imagelist: 0

Does installing native comctl32 with winetricks help?

Also please attach a trimmed down image which shows the problem.

good catch
ive downloaded the latest winetricks and installed comctl32: this error have
been stooped to be logged, but still "blank" icons (only the active ones, ie
selected)

and that error still there:
fixme:mountmgr:harddisk_ioctl unsupported ioctl 560000

Is this with native or Wine (built-in) comctl32?

my log now show:

**** as #4 said: *comctl32 downloaded with winetricks

side effects: Mt5 crash when switching workplace and/or mt5 tabs

run winecfg again: removed *comctl32 (from winetricks) and selected comctl32
from scrolldown list and validate

in that case Mt5 dont crash when switching workplace and GetImageListForDrawing
error is not logged at present time.

so:
- comctl32 selected from builin wine resolve that issue (not logged)
- comctl32 from winetricks made crash but resolve this issue (not logged)
but still "blank" icons

need to remove the previously added comctl2 (builtin) because i get crash each
time i swith tab into MT5, and the TOOLBAR_GetImageListForDrawing error is back
and logged again of course.

just installed the 1.3.12 release and was hoping about comctl2 changes
introduced, but i still have the same errors:

err:toolbar:TOOLBAR_GetImageListForDrawing bitmap for ID 0, index 7 is not
valid, number of bitmaps in imagelist: 0

and some new ones:

fixme:gdiplus:GdipFillRectangle graphics object has no HDC
fixme:gdiplus:GdipFillPie graphics object has no HDC
fixme:gdiplus:GdipDrawEllipse graphics object has no HDC
fixme:gdiplus:GdipDrawString graphics object has no HDC

now using wine 1.3.22 but still get the same errors (the previous proposed

Confirming+added downloadlink. Indeed native comctl32 and gdiplus does not
help.
