Game begins normally but all appears in black however sound works correctly and keyboard input too
Until game finish prologue after this crash

Also wine sees that your gpu has only 1 Gb memory

You could modify wine code to have more and use custom build or use winetricks and set the memory 2Gb.
Or you could modify the value via wine's regedit.
It's not just this game, other games see your gpu having only 1Gb. Unless you have done some modifications.

In my case have 2048mb vga wine registry entry before begin channel
In most config apps detect 2048mb correcltly case: ubisoft config app, batman games and many others
Castle of illusion problem maybe could be wine has change so much since last test
And is normally various games dont work (updates) and other when dont work begin work

Also used in this test d3d10 - d3d10core - d3d10_1 and d3d11 as disable and need put as disable post process and antialiasing in video options for prevent crashes
