Builtin gdiplus behaves as documented but tests are indicating that Windows behaviour sometimes differs from the documentation. I believe this issue is at least one of the contributing issues to bug https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=46947, if not the sole issue. [PATCH 0/1] MR3389: Use PCSC framework instead of pcsclite on macOS

This reverts commit 41cc117b3f37ab4b9b4ac8a815cd2a496d38fb4b. This commit broke musl support.
