It looks like it changes things: with current upstream vkd3d I see a different exception when running the tests without debug flags (somehow winedbg itself breaks so I can't see crash details). With a bunch of `WINEDEBUG` and `VKD3D_SHADER_DEBUG` flags it gets to the end with no test failures.
