Fixed seven of eight comments; I hope there's some good way to fix the last one, but I can't find it.
CI doesn't like me, same winmm failure as last time. Feels spurious to me, but considering how I'm the only one to hit it, maybe I am doing something wrong... no clue what would be wrong, though.
