I think it's still useful to describe possible issues if we ever find one in the future with some event that's not handled the same as IE does, and forget why it was set this way.
Additionally, I think it's useful to know *why* we don't handle the node/element events. It may seem obvious now since I'm submitting the patch and we had the discussion and thoughts about it, but later on it wouldn't be so obvious to someone else, especially if they haven't looked at the relevant gecko code. Would prevent wasting time asking themselves "why are those events not handled? oversight, or intended?".
I'd rather keep it unless you feel strongly against it.
