In my observations that was much more, few seconds here locally and 7-10 seconds on Testbot. So I did it halfway: removed the half with starting with SW_SHOWMAXIMIZED (the maximized state wasn't fully checked in test anyway, while I was experimenting with that and other startup parameters locally), but kept ShowWindow( ) all the child process commands as active tests.
