the pipelines are not run against real windows' installation. you need to use testbot for that (or test it on your own way) either the line is also not executed on windows (and the test has to be adapted to still execute the echo command), or there's another bug lurking in wine's cmd code that prevents next line from being executed can't tell which one is correct, you have to test.
