Testing 412535c4c25a4002b32c74af83381322ff61f9ad it feels worse. It has a jerkiness that was not present in earlier tests.
Comparison: * XWayland - fast and without momentum * Windows - slow swipe (Precise but tiny movement) * Windows - fast swipe (Large movement with momentum that continues after you let go. For example the browser window continues to scroll after a fast swipe. Linux Xwayland seems always fast and without momentum meaning it stops scrolling the moment you let go.)
Which is "correct"? I don't know. Linux seems to lack momentum entirely. Maybe it would be best to mimic the XWayland behavior as close as possible since it feels fine albeit different from Windows?
