v5: I also switched from `ntdll_umbstowcs` to `RtlUTF8ToUnicode`, because `ntdll_umbstowcs` decodes the src string with the Unix codepage, but the src string will be from the Wayland compositor socket which will always be UTF-8 regardless of wine's locale. If running in e.g. `LC_CTYPE=ja_JP.SJIS` or `zh_CN.GB18030`, the resulting wchar string would be mojibake otherwise. Not that it's a good idea to run wine or other modern software using a non-UTF-8 unix codepage anyway.
